This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. After your induction/settling in period there will be the requirement for occasional meetings in the Glasgow area.

You will provide executive support, handle expense reports, and manage communications on a day-to-day basis. The role involves assisting senior management, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations.

Primarily you will offer executive support to the CEO alongside supporting the senior team on their projects. You will also be actively participating in identifying business process improvement. This is a position that demands organisation and attention to detail.

Proficient in calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation. Adept at handling confidential information and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

  • Willingness to adopt a flexible and adaptable approach to day-to-day workload.

The role will suit individuals currently working as an Executive Assistant, EA, Personal Assistant, PA, Office Manager, Administration Manager and be living within a commutable distance of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Kilmarnock, Falkirk, Stirling, Livingston, Wishaw, Cumbernauld, Dumbarton, Greenock, Central Belt or be willing to relocate.
