We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director and facilitate the smooth running of all office operations. This pivotal role, based in the heart of Glasgow, demands a proactive and organised individual who excels in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record in both Personal and Executive Assistant roles, ideally with experience in managing modern office operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage the Managing Director’s diary and mailbox, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation of engagements.• Organise and attend weekly Director’s meetings and quarterly Board meetings, including preparation and distribution of Board papers and reports.• Take accurate minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action points.• Oversee travel, accommodation, and event arrangements for the Director and visiting directors.• Manage communications, correspondence, and confidential documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.• High level of discretion and integrity, especially when handling sensitive information.
