Note: Due to location, you will need to be a driver and have full use of a vehicleIf you would like to break away from the everyday commute to and from the city centre but instead, look forward to a lovely country drive to and from work & with no daily parking charges, then have a look at this....We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman of a prestigious estate near Stirling. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from research and marketing to overseeing domestic staff and managing day-to-day operations of the farm and estate.The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have a flair for marketing, and be capable of attending exhibitions and handling various projects.Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman, including scheduling, correspondence, and project management.
  • Engage in research and marketing tasks, potentially representing the estate at exhibitions.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of domestic staff, ensuring smooth operations within the estate.
  • Manage the daily operations of the farm and estate, reporting directly to the Chairman.
  • Handle a variety of projects and tasks, adapting to the dynamic needs of the estate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using office software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest and experience in marketing and event management are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
