Description
The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities;
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and report on costs and rates
- Contribute to the preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support cost control initiatives within the company
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as required
- Continually seek to improve financial processes within the company
Profile
A successful Finance Rates Analyst should have:
- Basic understanding of the role of rates in business planning processes, bid work, and cost recovery
- Experience using ERP systems / financial reporting toolsets
- Proficient in using Microsoft products including excel, word and PowerPoint
- Part qual or QBE
Job Offer
This role offers competitive salary between £40,000-£45,000 plus attractive benefits.
