Our client's approach to the provision of services has resulted in steady growth the last few years. As a result, are looking to add a Pensions Calculation Analyst to join an award-winning and growing business.

About the role, key responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work in an exciting business, that will provide challenging and interesting work. As part of the role, the candidate will manage and maintain the day-to-day administration of DB & DC schemes and provide operational efficiency. In addition to this, the candidate will also assist in administrative projects such as supporting the end-to-end process of scheme installations. Furthermore, the candidate will maintain and develop client relations, conduct client demonstration of software, and assist with building out administrative processes and producing documentation.

Key skills & experience required:

  • At least 5+ year's experience working with Defined Benefit (including CARE), Defined Contributions schemes, including strong manual calculation experience from within a pensions administration environment.
  • Solid understanding of pension legislation, regulations, and code of practise relating to DB schemes.
  • Experience dealing with different pension administration platforms /systems.
  • Experience of assisting scheme implementation from an administration perspective - client interface and benefit setups, calculation testing and client communication.
