A highly regarded, client focussed Mortgage Brokerage based in Glasgow has an opening for an experienced New Build Mortgage Adviser. The vacancy has arisen due to ongoing expansion.

Our client has won a significant contract with a large, well known blue chip Housing Developer and you will benefit from working with the high quality, pre-screened leads.

They are specifically looking for an experienced new build broker that is looking for an extremely lucrative seat that could potentially lead career progression within the business's New Build arm.

New build requires weekend coverage. Initially the new advisor would be covering 2 weekends per month with a pattern between Thursday and Monday. The role will be home based, but on occasion you will be expected to visit the development

To compensate the advisor for the weekend a market leading base salary of £35,000 to £45,000 plus a bonus structure giving a genuine OTE of £80,000 pa is on offer to the successful candidate.

You will benefit from the support of the management and administration teams and have an high quality lead source and on going training and support. Due to the nature of this role and previous experience as a New Build Mortgage Adviser is essential.
