Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead audit assignments for a diverse client base
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members
- Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact during audits
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients on financial reporting and controls
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience managing audit assignments and leading teams
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
