Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in line with deadlines
- Lead and mentor a team of audit professionals, providing support and training where necessary
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and completion stages, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm’s audit practice
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant experience managing audits within an accountancy practice environment
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
