Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Reviewing accounts and financial statements prepared by junior staff
  • Providing advisory support to clients on accounting and business matters
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members, assisting with their development
  • Assisting with workflow management and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaising with HMRC and other relevant bodies as required
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in preparing and reviewing accounts for a range of clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with accounting software
