Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Reviewing accounts and financial statements prepared by junior staff
- Providing advisory support to clients on accounting and business matters
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, assisting with their development
- Assisting with workflow management and ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaising with HMRC and other relevant bodies as required
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in preparing and reviewing accounts for a range of clients
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Strong IT skills, including experience with accounting software
