We are thrilled to be retained by one of our unique clients to bring to market a newly created Chief Financial Officer role. The organisation is PE backed and is about to embark on a significant period of growth both organically and via acquisition. Already highly thought of in their respective market the business is flourishing with ambitious plans to treble the size of the business over the next 3 years. In order to achieve these goals the business needs to recruit a talented CFO to be an integral part of the most exciting period in the companies distinguished history.

The Chief Financial Officer is a key strategic appointment and will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organisation, ensuring its financial stability, and providing strategic financial guidance to the CEO and senior management team. The CFO will play a key role in developing, monitoring, and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the CEO and leaders of the business units with emphasis on bottom-line performance, working capital, and enhancing shareholder value. The CFO will also take the lead on Mergers and Acquisitions as well as investment activity.

Operational Efficiency

Leadership of team

In order to be considered for this role you must be comfortable in deal making situations and have previous experience of working in PE backed businesses . You should have a track record of leading M&A activity with the ability to manage complex projects and transactions. You should also be motivated to be a key part of driving a business forward with first class leadership and organisational skills.
