In this role, you will report directly to the Associate Director and take on responsibilities including:
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and processing supplier invoices and payments
Preparing and issuing Client Rental Payovers
Implementing and overseeing Service Charge Budgets
Finalising Year-End Service Charge Accounts
Generating and distributing Tenant/Service Charge Demands
Performing monthly bank reconciliations
Handling daily banking tasks and fund allocations
Preparing Fee Notes to record departmental income
Compiling quarterly VAT reports for Service Charge properties
Supporting the Credit Control Team with outstanding balance collections
Addressing general landlord and tenant account queries
Coordinating with internal stakeholders daily
Maintaining and updating tenant databases
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Previous experience in finance, preferably within property management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm
Dress Code: Business attire
Hybrid Work Option: 1 day remote per week
