A leading insurance firm is seeking a commercially astute Partnership Manager to join its growing team. With hybrid working options available you will have the flexibility to work from home, however regular travel to the client’s premises, within the UK, is expected, including overnight stays.

Reporting into the Head of Distribution, the Partnership Manager will focus on identifying business opportunities, drive new business growth and nurture high-level relationships. You will be naturally collaborative and have expertise in managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. You will promote the brand’s full product suite, develop strategic account plans and monitor market conditions and trends to remain competitive. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients in order to deliver the business’ product.

In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you will be an innovative relationship builder with outstanding networking, communication and influencing skills. You will have experience of working within a regulated environment and will also be recognised for your energy, attention to detail and ability to bring people together and build exceptional long-term relationships.
