One of our Banking clients is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Manager to join their credit and commercial analytics function to work closely with different functions and portfolios across the business, leading projects and teams to developing strategies and providing insights with a commercial impact using tools like SAS, SQL, and/or Python!
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Credit Risk Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing credit strategies and insights for different portfolios to drive business growth and profitability.
- Managing a team of analytics professionals to deliver on projects across the business.
- Developing decision models to drive commercial outcomes for the business across credit risk and other areas of the business.
- Working and influencing senior stakeholders across the business with data and customer insights
- Using SQL, SAS, and/or Python daily to develop models and strategies across the bank.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to create data-driven strategies.
Key Requirements:
As a Senior Credit Risk Manager, you will need:
- Strong experience with data analytics tools and commercial analytics within Credit Risk, risk pricing, and/or Credit Strategy
- Experience managing large credit risk/analytics teams and projects
- Strong experience with SAS, SQL, and/or Python
- Experience with statistical modelling within credit risk analytics
- Ability to create business models that have a commercial business impact
- Excellent communication skills being able to manage upwards and downwards
