The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer care, and liaising with lenders to secure mortgage offers for our clients. This role involves handling client inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction throughout the mortgage process.Salary and Hours:* Salary: £24K - £25K (with an additional annual bonus of up to £6,000 available)* Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with every second Saturday required)Qualifications:* Proven administrative and sales experience* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* A solid background in customer service* Strong organisational and time management abilities* Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships* Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations is desirable* Experience in mortgages, underwriting, or financial services is advantageous* If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and looking to join a supportive, growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
