Fram is collaborating with an established independent financial planning firm in Glasgow, which is seeking to recruit an experienced and well-qualified financial advisor to take responsibility for an established book of high-net-worth (HNW) clients in the surrounding area.  This position offers the chance to focus on nurturing and developing client relationships without the need to bring an existing client base. The role involves managing these relationships, with the support of a dedicated team of paraplanners and administrators to ensure a high standard of client service. This may appeal to advisers who are looking to transition into a new environment without the complexities of transferring clients.  Key responsibilities include meeting with clients, either in person or remotely, to conduct comprehensive financial reviews. Advisors will also be expected to remain informed of industry trends, legislative changes, and product developments to provide tailored and proactive advice as clients’ circumstances evolve.  The firm is looking for a qualified financial advisor with advanced qualifications or chartered status (or working towards it). The successful candidate will have a strong ability to deliver holistic financial advice, excel at maintaining and growing client relationships, and demonstrate a self-motivated approach.  While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, we would be particularly keen to hear from those who are available to start within one month, though this is not a requirement.
