The successful candidate will drive financial planning and analysis within the FP&A team, working collaboratively with the regional finance and Group finance teams to report and provide insight on business performance.

Our client is a market leading global business with a Glasgow City Centre office. The role will offer a hybrid working pattern and accessible by public transport links.

Description

The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver the management reporting across the group, leading on the standardisation and simplification of reporting to develop a best-in-class month end process.
  • Lead the quarterly in year full-year-forecast process, providing clear management information with insights and recommendations.
  • Support the annual budget process, using knowledge built of the business to highlight areas of focus.
  • Contribute to investor relations and group wide projects by providing accurate and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate across teams to meet tight timelines and deliver results

Profile

The successful candidate will likely have the following profile:

  • Proven FP&A experience, ideally within the industry.
  • Exp managing business planning processes, including annual budgeting cycles and longer-term strategic forecasting.
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with industry expertise.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
