Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial services? We're looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to support our clients Advisers in delivering top-notch investment, protection, and pension solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for client enquiries
  • Prepare Client Agreements and manage adviser diaries
  • Organise client reviews and prepare meeting packs
  • Draft client communications and suitability reports
  • Provide technical support and conduct financial research

Key Skills:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial services knowledge
  • Ability to manage workload and deadlines effectively
