? Step into a Warm Client Bank - You’ll inherit 200-250 clients in Year 1, managing between £25M-£30M AUM from advisers with overflowing client banks.? No Cold Prospecting - This is a pure servicing role, so no need to hunt for new clients.? Diverse Portfolio - Work across investments, pensions, and protection (minimal cashflow modelling required).? Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.? Full Support - Benefit from dedicated paraplanning and admin teams so you can focus on client relationships.? Exceptional Earnings Potential - Base salary of £65k, with a clear bonus structure aiming for £90k+ OTE in Year 2.

?? Level 4 Qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning)?? Competent Adviser Status (CAS)?? 3+ Years of Experience providing financial advice?? Client-Centric & Professional - Backgrounds from SJP, bancassurance, or similar are welcome!
