Role: Mortgage Case Manager

Location: Glasgow/Hybrid

Salary: £23k - £25k (dependant on experience/skills)

Our client is a solution led, specialist mortgage lender, offering a wide variety of niche mortgage products. They care passionately about their customers and are seeking a detail orientated and customer focussed Case Manager. This is a new role, part of a wider expansion owing to extremely strong demand for their products and investment in the wider business.

As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be well organised and have excellent attention to detail. This role is the first point of contact for their customers, so you will deliver exceptional customer service in a timely manner.

The office is based in Glasgow and they can offer a hybrid approach to the working week, with 3 days in the office and the remainder working remotely if you so wish.

Duties of the Case Manager will include:

  • Managing a busy pre-offer pipeline of applications and liaising with brokers to obtain underwriting documents
  • Working closely with the underwriting team to ensure applications are progressed efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensuring all documents are assessed in line with internal manuals, policies, procedures, and criteria.
  • Remaining compliant with all applicable regulatory guidelines.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Customer service experience
  • An understanding of the current regulatory landscape in respect of Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering and Treating Customers Fairly
  • Strong organisation skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines with accuracy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
