Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to existing clients, qualify them for protection advice, and book appointments with financial advisers.Mortgage Client Services Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing clients, identifying their protection needs and qualifying them for adviser appointments.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and update client records in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate appointments between clients and advisers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge in both mortgages and protection to offer basic information to clients before their adviser meetings.
  • Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
