- Support daily operations by ensuring all tasks are documented and completed on time, and efficiently resolve issues and queries from delegates, escalating when necessary.
- Periodically review and update departmental procedures to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with the Relationship Management Team to handle interactions with Sponsors and funds professionally and in a timely manner.
- Keep the Senior Manager and Leadership Team informed about risks, opportunities, threats, and activities impacting the team or wider business.
- Oversee the delivery of Portfolio Valuation and Financial Reporting services by delegates, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance; provide support for Transfer Agency oversight services as required.
- Ensure fair treatment of fund sponsors and end-investors through transparent communication with external entities, thorough investigations of breaches, and a proactive approach to regulatory compliance.
- Monitor adherence to Outsourcing and Delegation policies, and provide input to the Relationship Management & Business Development teams.
- Maintain accurate records and data in accordance with Group policies.
- Utilise management information to identify risks, issues, trends, and opportunities, and implement effective decision-making and escalation processes.
