A great employer with fantastic learning and development opportunities, dedicated to upskilling their staff to promote from within.Your new roleThrough both email and telephone communication, you will be supporting defaulted customers with their debt recovery, advising and negotiating with customers on sustainable repayment plans, working closely and positively with them to achieve the best possible outcomes. This is completed by conducting income and expenditure assessments and supporting customers to create sustainable repayment solutions. Throughout this role, you must be aware of customer vulnerabilities and tailor the customer collection approach mindfully. You will be working closely with other areas of the business on vehicle recovery from defaulted customers. Compliance and reporting are highly important in this role as you accurately record communications with customers in line with company procedures. The main purpose of the role is to provide a positive customer journey for all.If you are looking for a fast-paced opportunity within a growing and successful organisation, then this is the opportunity for you!You will be working 35 hours per week flexibly on a shift rotation from 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, and 12pm to 8pm to ensure all trading hours are covered. Working 1 in 5 Saturdays is required, but you will be paid time in lieu for weekend shifts. You will be entitled to hybrid working after successful completion of your probation period, creating more of a work/life balance for you in this role.What you'll need to succeed
- Litigation or Insolvency experience is beneficial.
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude.
