- Our client is a vibrant company leading in natural, crafted products, currently seeking Food Production Operatives for a temp to perm role.
- The position offers 30-40 hours per week, with core hours from 8.00am to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday, involving 6-8 hour shifts.
- Candidates must have a Food Safety Certificate and ideally possess experience in food processing or a catering/kitchen environment.
- The role emphasizes speed and diligence in a fast-paced setting, with a starting pay of £13 per hour.
- Successful candidates are expected to transition to a permanent contract within four weeks, as the company is entering a significant growth phase.
This role will involve manual food preparation, so a Food Safety Certificate is essential.
Ideally you will be either from a food processing background in manufacturing or a catering / kitchen environment, where safety and skill is paramount.
This is a fast paced environment, so speed and diligence is key.
This is a great opportunity as our client is entering into their next period of substantial growth. Although these contracts start initially on a temporary basis, it is the intention of our client to quickly transfer successful candidates to a perm contract within a 4 week timespan.
