This position is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of the export operations.What you'll need to succeedIndustry Experience: Previous experience in airfreight or export operations is essential, with a strong understanding of the industry's requirements.Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage customer relationships.Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage high workloads in challenging situations.
