Administrator to work for an established facilities management company on an esteemed Glasgow site. The Administrator will be a key member of the site-based team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficient management of all onsite maintenance services.

Successful candidates should have experience in a fast-paced environment and be familiar with multiple CRM databases.

Administrator's Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently organizing the workloads of the site-based engineering teams, including the allocation of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Help support the contracts manager in managing engineer shift rotation and producing monthly client reports.
  • Consistently liaising with the site management team to develop positive client relationships.
  • Liaise with 3rd party contractors to organise maintenance work onsite.
  • Use inhouse CRM system to arrange engineering workload and upload essential paperwork.
