The practiceis an industry leader in science and healthcare developments and has a clearfootprint on the development of these specialisms within the UK . This is an excellent opportunity for anambitious architect looking to move into a senior role, with a focus on theholistic management of the practice and the acquisition of new business. What you'llneed to succeed:

  • You'll be an associate or director with experience in project delivery and the operational management of practices.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the logistics behind bid submission and the acquisition of new business.
  • A proven business development track record at previous practices.
  • Ability to manage project teams and act as a mentor for junior staff.
  • Experience across sector disciplines.
  • Experience working in high-value projects.
  • Experience working on projects from concept to completion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of an intimate team.
