Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a leading law firm that is recruiting for a billing administrator.

The ideal Billing Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring Partner & client portfolio of bills
  • Requesting Ad-hoc proformas and generating reports
  • Amending proformas and input billing guide amendments
  • Review time narratives for accuracy of recording
  • Forwarding billing guides to alternative reviewers and editors
  • Dealing with the volume of invoices & billing related queries
  • Preparation of narratives and fee breakdowns
  • Preparation of covering documents for dispatch on generated bills
  • Facilitating the dispatch of bills to clients in line with the client’s
  • Liaising with the eBilling team to provide billing guidelines

The ideal Billing Administrator will have:

  • Experience working in a Law firm or Professional Services
  • Good written and verbal communication skills,
  • Able to communicate at all levels, a confident, professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
