Partnering with Hays, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Credit Controller administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in credit control. Enjoy the convenience of office-based work with flexible hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Your New Role

As a new Credit Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Driving Credit Control: Involvement in new account setups and monitoring early implementation.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying potential improvements for existing clients.
  • Proactive Management: Managing customer payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Receipt Allocation: Allocating receipts into the system and resolving disputed accounts.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Making sure all customer receipts are made in accordance with payment terms.
  • Reporting: Preparing and distributing month-end reports.
  • Customer Relations: Setting up new customer accounts and establishing strong working relationships.

What You'll Need to Succeed to thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar position, ready to hit the ground running.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, essential for regular tasks.
