Search Consultancy are currently looking to speak to a Electrical Estimator on a Permanent basis. We are working with the majority of main contractors in the area as well as their sub contractors so definitely a good time to become a part of the team at Search.We have had a great year in the White Collar freelance market and as such this is a great opportunity to work with some great names in the industry. If you are free or coming free in the next few days/weeks please get in touch.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop competitive, cost-effective tenders to meet specific client's needs.Preparation and management of tenders from receipt of documents through to delivery.Attend to Client/site liaison meetingsSkills and Qualifications:Must be in the possession of Approved or Technician SJIB grade card.Must be familiar with current IEE regulationsBe in possession of a CSCS site safety certificate.Comprehensive Electrical Contracting background with experience in an Electrical estimating discipline.Previous electrical estimating experience in following industries would be an advantage: Street Lighting and Electrical Engineering. Must possess a good understanding of the construction process.Co-ordinate a multidisciplinary bid Team when required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong planning and organisational skills to take projects from award of contract to completion of works.Co-ordinate work force and materials as required to deliver projects on time and budget.
