The Twenty One Group are recruiting for a Fire/Sprinkler Project Manager in he Glasgow/Lanarkshire area. 

The Company

A specialist fire sprinkler company, operating within Commercial, Residential and Domestic sectors, predominantly within the Scottish market. A company with both ambition and a clear vision QMECH have enjoyed significant growth since inception and, now in their 5th year of trading, are looking to expand further with the appointment of a Project Manager.  

The Opportunity
Reporting directly into the MD, this role immediately offers input into the direction and planning for the company by becoming part of the senior leadership team. You should ideally come from a fire sprinkler background with experience of managing projects and the ability to manage and motivate the workforce. You must have a strong commercial awareness, have the technical knowledge, a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a proven track record of successfully running projects.  Key responsibilities within the role would include:
•    Manage sprinkler projects from design to completion
•    Understand and work to budgets
•    Forging and maintaining strong client relationships
•    Understanding the demands of the workforce to meet deadlines 
•    Communicate with design team members such as Architects, Engineers and contractors 
•    Prepare and complete project documentation, reports, permits and compliance documentation
•    It would be desirable to have experience within all of Commercial, Domestic and Residential sprinkler systems
•    Knowledge of British standard BS9251 and BS12845 
•    Comfortable and knowledgeable in using excel
