Please read job spec below to find out more…..Job roleSetting up for events - these can be internal and external eventsWelcoming guests and attendeesSetting up and dismantling of AV equipment Reporting any faulty equipment or property issues so that it can be repaired or replaced as soon as possibleSetting up and clearing of refreshments on occasionsLiaising with events teamSpeaking with guests to resolve any potential issues Completing handover reports at end of shiftRequired knowledge and skills: ESSENTIAL: Experience working with the publicExperience working in a similar positionAbility to undertake heavy manual liftingProvide a high standard of service to customers using the facilitiesGood oral and written communication skillsAble to work unsupervised or as part of a teamWillingness to work variable and unsocial hours including weekends when requiredGood time managementGood organisational skillsFlexible and adaptable approachComfortable opening and closing the building (after training period)Good computer skillsIf you are looking for a new permanent position and have Front of House Hospitality experience and experience with the above duties please submit your CV and I will be in touch.
