The Role

As an HR Assistant, you will report to, and work closely with the HR Manager, and play a key role in supporting the growth of the HR function. This generalist position will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skillset across various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and project work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
  • Support the HR Manager with employee relations casework
  • Contribute to learning & development initiatives
  • Handle general HR administration duties
  • Collaborate on project work and business initiatives
