IAM Delivery Consultant
Location: Our client has UK Wide offices! This is a hybrid role (predominantly remote working)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 base salary, plus benefits, perks, health-care options and an unlimited training budget for any certifications you wish to achieve!

Your precise role
Depending on your experience, interests and the direction in which you want to take your career - but it will include some combination of the following:
* Establishing IAM business requirements
* Working as a client-side advisor, undertaking consultancy and advisory work on IAM
* Developing IAM-related processes and Target Operating Models (TOMs), designing IAM capabilities, covering both technology and business aspects
* Implementing IAM technology solutions, establishing IAM business process change
* Delivering or leading IAM projects or transformations
Your skills and experience
You will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team. You will have practical experience in IAM covering some of the following:
* Business analysis in support of IAM capability change
* IAM consultancy and advisory work, helping understand and guide digital identity improvements within an organisation
* IAM Target Operating Model work and the development of effective IAM processes and structures
* IAM solution design and architecture
* IAM delivery, for example using technologies such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or other products
We know that IAM is a broad field, and we will flexibly consider applications from a range of backgrounds, from the more technical to the more business-focused, and including candidates with transferrable skills developed using less-common IAM products.
