- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements for open positions.
- Crafting and updating job adverts with a focus on attracting a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
- Partnering with job boards to maximise reach and attract a wide range of applicants.
- Assisting hiring managers with CV and application screening.
- Preparing interview materials and offering support during the interview process.
- Coordinating with recruitment agencies regarding permanent, temporary, and contract roles.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
- Organising and facilitating recruitment events, such as assessment centres.
- Ensuring effective communication with the broader HR team.
- Representing the organisation at job fairs and networking events to promote the employer brand.
- Staying informed on talent market trends and best practices.
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager on various recruitment initiatives and projects.
