  • Crafting and updating job adverts with a focus on attracting a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
  • Partnering with job boards to maximise reach and attract a wide range of applicants.
  • Assisting hiring managers with CV and application screening.
  • Preparing interview materials and offering support during the interview process.
  • Coordinating with recruitment agencies regarding permanent, temporary, and contract roles.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
  • Organising and facilitating recruitment events, such as assessment centres.
  • Ensuring effective communication with the broader HR team.
  • Representing the organisation at job fairs and networking events to promote the employer brand.
  • Staying informed on talent market trends and best practices.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager on various recruitment initiatives and projects.
