Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertCDM adviceto clients, design teams, and contractors.
  • Support thePrincipal Designerin fulfilling their duties.
  • Conductrisk assessments, site audits, anddesign risk reviews.
  • Assist inpre-construction information gatheringand compliance documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofhealth, safety, and construction legislation.

About You

  • Minimum AaPS membership(or working towards IMaPS).
  • PreviousCDM experiencein a consultancy or construction environment.
  • Strong understanding ofCDM 2015 regulationsand construction risk management.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (desirable but not essential).
