Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertCDM adviceto clients, design teams, and contractors.
- Support thePrincipal Designerin fulfilling their duties.
- Conductrisk assessments, site audits, anddesign risk reviews.
- Assist inpre-construction information gatheringand compliance documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofhealth, safety, and construction legislation.
About You
- Minimum AaPS membership(or working towards IMaPS).
- PreviousCDM experiencein a consultancy or construction environment.
- Strong understanding ofCDM 2015 regulationsand construction risk management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (desirable but not essential).
