Large Format Print Estimator

We’re working with a large format graphics, exhibitions and retail fit out business based in Glasgow who are currently on the market to add to their commercial team. Operating out of the company’s modern head offices they work hard to supply both global brands and local companies across a variety of different industries.
This person is responsible for processing incoming work, coordinating with the Production Manager and wider production team, monitoring the progress of projects, report any issues, and ensure that all necessary procedures are completed once an order is finished. This role is full-time and based at the company’s site in Glasgow.
The Role
- Create accurate estimates within agreed timescales for new and existing clients using Clarity pricing software
- Liaise with internal departments such as production, finishing and accounts.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and suppliers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process and complete jobs in line with client requirements and company procedures.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure they meet agreed deadlines.
The Candidate
- 3+ years of previous experience as an estimator within a large format print / signage / exhibitions / fit out business
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Clarity highly beneficial
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing expectations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role is up to £35,000 based on experience and is open due to business growth.
