Your new companyOur client is a very well established, award-winning, international legal firm. They are currently looking for an experienced Legal PA to support high-profile free earners and partners of the firm.Your new roleYou will be proactively working closely with the Finance team to improve fee earners' financial performance through efficient client billing, detailed reporting, and effective management of financial balances. You will collaborate with Business Development teams to organise events, manage CRM systems, and assist in crafting compelling bids and tenders. Additionally, you will support Client Relationship Partners by nurturing key client relationships, organising meetings, and preparing client reports.Your responsibilities will include managing all financial processes meticulously, ensuring compliance with high company standards. You will also handle comprehensive diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations, demonstrating your ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions. Your technical skills will be essential in supporting fee earners, always aiming to bridge knowledge gaps and exceed expectations.What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working within a legal firm and supporting stakeholders is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work to deadlines, producing high standards of work.
