As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless mobilisation and maintenance of an incredible Build to Rent building. Your key responsibilities will include:

?? Mobilisation & Defects:

  • Assisting the General Manager in the smooth handover from contractors, including snagging of apartments and communal spaces.
  • Coordinating with contractors to report, manage, and facilitate the defects program.

�? Building Management:

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues in resident apartments promptly.
  • Managing maintenance requests and liaising with residents for successful completion.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of all building areas, including internal and external spaces.
  • Managing on-site stock levels and facilitating furniture movement as required.

?? Health & Safety:

  • Leading compliance efforts through daily inspections and reporting.
  • Conducting apartment checks and facilitating planned maintenance visits.
  • Managing contractor relationships and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

?? Turnarounds:

  • Proactively managing apartment turnarounds to minimise void time.
  • Conducting inspections and completing necessary repairs and decorations to maintain high standards.

?? Customer Service:

  • Delivering exceptional service to residents and visitors, exceeding SLAs for apartment works.
  • Promoting engagement by informing residents of upcoming events or initiatives.
