Ibis Glasgow City Centre is looking for Multi-Skilled Night Team member to join us. Is it YOU?

SKILLS:

Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive, day or night, with great care and attention, providing a friendly and personal welcome for guests and remains attentive to their needs
Handles phone calls and e-mails but ensures that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations
Ensuring that the guest service is excellent so that they will return to the hotel
Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
Responsible for the cashiering procedures in the department
Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
Understanding and complying with all health and safety regulations for the hotel
Covering Reception, Food & Beverage and help other departments as required
Prepares and serves snacks or breakfasts
Welcoming guests with care and attention and with a personalised approach
Anticipating guests' needs and takes them into consideration
Handling any guest feedback be it positive or negative
Promoting the company's ALL loyalty program
Ensuring all working and public areas are cleaned
Working to meet hotel financial and quality targets
