What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Collaborating with manufacturing team by running production demands and releasing work orders to them.
  • Becoming a super user of the system Epicor to collect raw data from manufacturing i.e run times, production methods and machine settings and entering data into the system.
  • Uploading scheduling times onto Epicor for production teams to view.
  • Review outputs and compare and update source to estimate with internal system: Estimator.
  • Set and control agreed stock limits, ordering more when needed.
  • Liaise with the courier partners for shipments via email and calls.
  • Stock adjustments & tracking goods received notes (GRN) with the stores team on Excel.
  • Sending out emails to clients and internal colleagues using Outlook.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Computer literacy – you should have an understanding of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word and Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually when required
  • Good time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Having a good attitude to learning and development

Working week:35hrs a week. Monday – Thursday, 8:15am - 4:45pm and Friday 8:15am – 2:30pm.

Salary: £21,000 per annum.
