£30,000 - £34,000 (OTE 45K) + Bonus + Car + 30 Days Holiday + Progression

Are you a Parts Advisor with experience supervising or leading a team, looking for the chance to step up into a Supervisor position that offers responsibility as a key member of the management team?

Do you want a role where you will be recognised for your leadership skills in a company that values your achievements through lucrative bonuses?

In this role you will be supporting senior leadership to run a busy parts department. You'll be looking after the eBay shop and coordinating deliveries to several depots across the UK. Additionally, you'll be training new staff and managing the success of the team. Occasional travel to depots around Scotland and Northern England will be required with all expenses covered.

On offer is the chance to join one of the largest agricultural machinery distributers in the UK. You'll be based at their head office, but they have nearly a dozen depots across the UK and are looking ahead to a bright future.

This role would suit a Parts Supervisor, or Parts Advisor with some leadership experience, looking to step up into a busy role coordinating parts across several depots.

The Role:

  • Supervising a Parts department
  • Liaising between multiple depots to coordinate deliveries
  • Reporting to senior management
  • Occasional overnight stays when visiting depots
  • Training new staff
  • Running an eBay Shop

The Person:

  • Parts Supervisor or Parts Advisor looking to step up
  • Agricultural, Plant or Construction machinery background
  • Full UK Drivers License
