Are you a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor looking for a fully remote opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and experienced solicitor to join our clients team, where you will handle a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, employer liability, public liability, and more.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court where necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and related legislation.
• Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and third parties to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Scotland.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in handling personal injury cases.
• Strong knowledge of Scottish personal injury law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
