Job Opportunity: Defender Personal Injury Solicitor

Location: Glasgow/Hybrid

Overview: Join a leading Glasgow firm as a Solicitor, handling a wide range of insurance and defender personal injury claims.

Experience:

Handling defender personal injury claims, including motor, employer’s liability, public liability, industrial disease, clinical negligence and fatal accident cases
Supporting on extensive and intricate motor, public and employer’s liability cases in both the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session
Providing legal representation in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session
Managing a caseload of contentious and non-contentious advisory work

Skills:

Strong case management and organisational skills
Excellent written and oral advocacy
