Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a successful, growing firm. You will manage litigated personal injury cases, achieve outstanding results and advocate for clients.

Role Requirements:

Proven ability to manage litigated personal injury cases, including Employer Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers’ Liability
Exceptional negotiation, litigation and organisational skills
Leadership potential
Commitment to meeting targets and achieving outstanding results

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of litigated personal injury accident cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution
Maximise cost recovery while meeting or exceeding financial targets
Supervision and mentoring of junior members of the team
