Job Opportunity: Senior Personal Injury Solicitor – Team Leader

Location: Glasgow

Overview:An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE. You will take on a leadership role within a dynamic and well-regarded personal injury team in Glasgow. This position involves supervising Junior Lawyers, managing a complex caseload and contributing to the ongoing success of one of Scotland’s largest personal injury teams.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years PQE in personal injury law
  • Proven expertise in handling a diverse range of personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, employer liability, public liability and medical negligence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-value caseload and provide strategic advice to clients

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience supervising and developing junior team members
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills to manage both individual cases and team performance effectively
  • A proactive approach to client care, ensuring high standards are met consistently
  • Ability to contribute to the team’s business development and growth strategies
