We're looking for a PPM Technician to join our team, working across various commercial sites in Central Scotland. This fully mobile role involves planned and reactive maintenance to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable service delivery.
Key Details:
- Company van provided (personal use allowed).
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (40 hours per week).
- On-call rota (will be introduced at a later date).

What You’ll Need:
Essential:
- Experience in FM industry maintenance (planned & reactive).
- Knowledge of air conditioning & refrigeration systems (VRVs, VRFs, Splits, Chillers).
- Understanding of Building Regulations, HVAC systems, and Health & Safety compliance.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and building materials.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM & service maintenance on air conditioning systems.
- Conduct basic facilities maintenance as needed.
- Accurately record timesheets & job details.
- Support colleagues when required, including acting as a second-man.
- Participate in the on-call rota.
- Maintain strong client relationships on-site.
- Identify and report remedial work requirements.
- Escalate major issues promptly.
