Are you an experienced Recruitment or HR Coordinator and available immediately for work?? If so, you'll be interested in this role with our client based in the South Side of Glasgow. This role is temporary initially, however there is a permanent opportunity available for the right person.

Ideally the successful candidate would be available to start work immediately.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5.30 and Friday 8.30 - 4.30. My client is offering a hybrid working model with one day working from home once fully trained. There is also free parking available on site.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding of new starts
  • Coordinating interviews with line managers
  • Creation of Offer Letters for new hires
  • Processing all vetting paperwork
  • Prepare letters & contracts
  • Supporting HR managers with all aspects of administration

  • Ideally you will have some recruitment or HR experience
  • Hands on approach - able to step in if required solving an issue.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels within the organisation and with 3rd party service providers.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and organisational skills.
  • Customer service focused
