Release Manager - 6 month contract - Remote FirstI am looking for a Release Manager to join the busy team with our Financial Services client as part of their ongoing Transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the release process for software and IT services, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage systems and software releases across multiple environments.
  • Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure successful releases.
  • Develop and maintain release management processes and documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases.
  • Communicate release plans and status updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Release Manager role or similar capacity, ideally within Financial Services or Corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of systems and software release management processes.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
